• The production step manager launches production steps using validation processes, ensuring that you order only what is absolutely necessary for production.
• The project status tracker monitors the progress of your projects using special modes, tracks the progress of production as a percentage of completion of the planned steps or the planned schedule, and provides you with continuously updated information on the status of projects.
• The assembly creator adds parts to a pre-defined assembly through your Bill of Materials and defines parts or finished goods together with all fixed and variable costs, providing clear insight into costs and investment.
• Since assembly editing automatically edits the database, you can effectively manage both the steps and resources of production by defining work routing and associating an unlimited number of individual steps to the production process.
• The sub-contractor manager provides up-to-date information about sub-contracted work by managing the parts sent to and then received from sub-contractors.

Track materials and finished products

With its unique feature set, Optymo creates, tracks, and manages lot and serial numbers for both part components and finished goods.

• The parts specification feature gives you easy access to specification data related to both components and finished products.  This can dramatically streamline the parts selection process for future productions.
